Michelle Ross has worked with students individually, as well as in small groups, specializing in learning differences. She has more than fifteen years of experience, including working as a Special Education teacher, an English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) teacher, a Resource Specialist, and a Learning Specialist. Michelle Ross has worked with the Scottish Rite Childhood Language Centers in San Francisco and Oakland, the University of California, Berkeley Extension Learning Clinic, and the Children’s Health Council in Palo Alto. Michelle Ross utilizes a multi-sensory approach to her teaching style and focuses on individual student needs.

She is also a Professional Member of the Association of Educational Therapists (AET) and serves as Chair on the AET San Francisco Program Committee.


Michelle Ross has a Master’s Degree in Special Education- Mild to Moderate Learning Disabilities, a Graduate Certificate of Educational Therapy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
